I enjoyed creating this graph. I live on an island and this really hits home as to how low lying these islands can be and how devasting an eight foot surge can be. I can't imagine experiencing something greater!

A day when I am NOT fishing!
This is my second semester in the graduate-level online GIS certification course at UWF. After taking the Cartography class and Intro to GIS course, I must say I am looking forward to this course; Applications in GIS. Although we had some great examples in the GIS course last semester, I look forward to even more real-world applications of GIS.
